Belinda priester

Belinda is a skilled licensed C.P.R. instructor with over 35 years of healthcare experience. Her goal is to provide hands on training to her community, license, and non license healthcare workers. Through out her basic life support classes, she wants to increase the awareness and spread the importance of such an amazing life saving skills. 

Her mission as a registered nurse is to provide high-quality training to each and every person. All classes will be interactive, hands on and fun.

Heartsaver Saver Courses

Only $75 pp

These courses will prepare anyone with little or no training for an emergency and wants to receive a course completion card.

Heartsaver is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. For many Heartsaver courses, students receive a course completion card that is valid for 2 years.

Heartsaver CPR AED is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants.

Course Contents

  • Describe how high-quality CPR improves survival
  • Explain the concepts of the Chain of Survival
  • Recognize when someone needs CPR
  • Perform high-quality CPR for an adult and child
  • Describe how to perform CPR with help from others
  • Give effective breaths by using mouth-to-mouth or a mask
  • Demonstrate how to use an AED on an adult and infant
  • Perform high-quality CPR for an infant
  •  Relief of choking for adult and infant

Basic life support skills including CPR, AED use, and ventilations; ending with a written exam.

The BLS Instructor-led teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

Basic life support skills including CPR, AED use, and ventilations. Available in two tracks: pre-hospital and in-facility. Results in an AHA BLS Healthcare Provider course completion card.

A written exam is given 85% is required to pass.

Course Content

  • Critical concepts of high-quality CPR
  • The American Heart Association Chain of Survival
  • Importance of early use of an AED (, as well as how and when to implement an AED while performing high-quality CPR)
  • 1 and 2 rescuer and team CPR and AED for adult child and infant
  • Differences between adult, child and infant rescue techniques
  • Bag-mask techniques for adult, child and infant
  • Rescue breathing for adult
  • Relief of choking for adult, child and infant

  • All fees are paid at the time of registration. If fees are not paid, you may not be scheduled for that selected class.
  • There is a minimum of 2 person and a maximum of 6 persons per class.
  • Please bring your picture state identification with you on the day of the class.
  • E- cards will be sent to the e-mail provided during your registration. AHA cards will be processed as e Cards, and usually received within 3-5 business days following the class. Students can expect to receive an email from ecards@heart.org or noreply@heart.org, with a link to claim their e Card.  
  • Classes will be held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. You must make a reservation to attend the classes.

  • All courses are taught with the American Heart Association research proven practice while watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the student`s learning of skills.

Mobile Classes available

Classes Can Be Taught Anywhere

Small businesses are welcomed. Classes can be taught in nearly any work environment, office or medical facility. Mobile classes are available upon request (I will come to you.) A small classroom or training room is required. The dates for these classes  are flexible.
